Ingredients

  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Stir the ingredients until they are well combined and form a dough-like consistency.
  • Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each ball with the palm of your hand to create thin discs.
  • Bake the cheese crisps in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow the crisps to cool for a few minutes before serving.
