Ingredients

of peanut butter

egg

of vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until well combined.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, making a crisscross pattern on top.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
