Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until well combined.
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
  • Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, making a crisscross pattern on top.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
