Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup of softened butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ tsp of baking soda
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • ¼ cup of oat flour
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Add the vanilla extract and eggs and beat well.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon or a spatula.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and any other add-ins you like, such as nuts or dried fruits.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  • Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
