Raw honey (enough to cover the garlic cloves)

Instructions
Fill the jar with peeled garlic cloves, leaving some space at the top.
Pour raw honey over the garlic cloves, making sure they are fully submerged.
Add any herbs or spices you like, if using.
Close the lid tightly and label the jar with the date.
Store the jar in a dark and cool place for at least a month, shaking it every day to release any air bubbles.
After a month, you can start using your fermented garlic honey as a medicine or a food.

You can store the fermented garlic honey in the fridge for up to a year. The garlic cloves will become soft and sweet over time. You can eat them whole or mash them into a paste. The honey will also become more liquid and darker in color. You can strain it if you prefer a clear honey.
