Ingredients
  

  • 30 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional (1 teaspoon)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the pepperoni slices on the baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they don't overlap.
  • If desired, sprinkle a little bit of Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni slices.
  • Bake the pepperoni slices for 10-12 minutes, or until they are crispy and slightly browned.
  • Remove the pepperoni chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
