Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Shredded cheese (optional)
  • 4 slices Crispy bacon (optional)
  • 1 meduim avocado (sliced) (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, ensuring they are crisp and ready to use.
  • Cook the protein of your choice with keto-friendly spices to enhance the flavor.
  • Prepare low-carb vegetables by washing and chopping them into small, manageable pieces.
  • Lay out a lettuce leaf and add a generous portion of the cooked protein, followed by a handful of the chopped vegetables.
  • Drizzle with your favorite keto-friendly sauce and sprinkle additional spices for added flavor.
  • Add optional ingredients like cheese, avocado slices, or crispy bacon bits if desired.
  • Fold the lettuce leaf over the filling, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining lettuce leaves and filling and serve when done.
