Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or on a stovetop using a double boiler.
  • Once the chocolate is fully melted, use a fork to dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate and coat it evenly.
  • Return the chocolate-coated balls to the lined baking sheet and place them in the refrigerator to set for at least 15 minutes.
  • Once the chocolate has hardened, your keto chocolate peanut butter balls are ready to enjoy!
