of shredded cottage cheese

of almond flour

of salt

Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker and spray it with cooking spray or brush it with oil.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg with a fork until well beaten.
Add the shredded cottage cheese, almond flour and salt (if using) and mix well.
Spoon half of the batter onto the center of the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Carefully remove the chaffle from the waffle maker and repeat with the remaining batter.
Enjoy your keto chaffles with your favorite low-carb toppings, such as butter, sugar-free syrup, whipped cream, berries, bacon, etc.
