Keto Chaffle Recipe

Equipment

  • Waffle maker
  • Small bowl
  • Fork
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup of shredded cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp of almond flour
  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle maker and spray it with cooking spray or brush it with oil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the egg with a fork until well beaten.
  • Add the shredded cottage cheese, almond flour and salt (if using) and mix well.
  • Spoon half of the batter onto the center of the waffle maker and close the lid. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  • Carefully remove the chaffle from the waffle maker and repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Enjoy your keto chaffles with your favorite low-carb toppings, such as butter, sugar-free syrup, whipped cream, berries, bacon, etc.
