Ingredients

cup of coconut water
1
cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1
tbsp
of chia seeds
1
small banana
1
tbsp
of honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
Ice cubes, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Place the coconut water, pineapple chunks, banana, chia seeds, and honey (if using) in a blender or smoothie maker.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sweetener.
If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again to make the smoothie colder.
Pour the smoothie into a serving glass.
Optionally, garnish with additional pineapple chunks or a sprinkle of chia seeds.

You can adjust the quantities of ingredients according to your taste preferences and desired consistency.
