Ingredients
  

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 handful fresh berries (such as blueberries or raspberries) for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the orange segments and grapefruit segments.
  • Add the lime juice, chopped fresh mint leaves, and sweetener of your choice (if desired) to the bowl.
  • Gently toss the ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Refrigerate the salad for about 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and the salad to chill.
