Chamomile and Lavender Iced Tea

1 Medium-sized saucepan
1 Tea kettle or pot
1 Large heatproof container
1 Tea strainer or infuser
1 Stirring spoon
1 Refrigerator
Ingredients
4
cups of water
4
chamomile tea bags
1
tbsp
of dried lavender flowers
Honey or sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)
Ice cubes, for serving
Fresh lavender sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Boil 4 cups of water in a medium-sized saucepan.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chamomile tea bags and dried lavender flowers.
Cover the saucepan and let the tea steep for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, fill a teapot or large heatproof container with ice cubes.
Once the steeping time is complete, remove the tea bags and strain the tea into the teapot or container with ice cubes.
Stir the tea gently to cool it down.
Add honey or sweetener of choice, if desired, and stir until dissolved.
Place the iced tea in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the chilled chamomile and lavender iced tea into the glasses.
Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs, if desired.
Notes
You can adjust the quantities of ingredients according to your taste preferences and desired consistency.
