Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed green leafy vegetables (such as spinach, kale, or lettuce)
  • 1/4 cup fresh aloe vera gel (scoop out the gel from an aloe vera leaf)
  • 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed green leafy vegetables, sliced cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
  • Add the fresh aloe vera gel to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients together.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
  • Allow the soothing aloe vera and green leafy salad to marinate for a few minutes before serving.
